Q. If I do not want to use my credit card on the website can I call customer service an complete a phone order?

A. Yes our customer service representatives are always available to take your order over the phone.

 

Q. Do you ship to a PO Box, to an FPO or APO address?

A. Yes we ship to all places.

 

Q. How is my order shipped?

A. To keep the cost down on shipping (2 -3 day) service we ship UPS or USPS which ever serves your area the quickest for the least expensive way.

 

Q. Why do you ship using 2-3 day delivery service and not first class, parcel post or ground service?

A. If we ship 2-3 day delivery service we can track your order from point to point to your door.

If we ship using First class, Parcel Post or Ground we could not get a guarantee delivery of 2-3 days.

When tested this type of delivery service we found out they deliver between 10-15 days where and when available.

We also would not be able to guarantee the freshness or healthiness of the product because we would not know where the carriers store your order prior to delivery. They could have stored it next to a heater, left it out in the sun, rain or any other type of environment during that 10-15 day period.
